It’s official: Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are not musically collaborating.
Selena just did a radio interview for Boston’s 103.3′s The TJ Show and host TJ Taormina didn’t waste any time asking what fans have been speculating about… that now that she’s amping up her music career, she’s working on music with her boyfriend.
But, nope!
“No, no we’re not,” the 24-year-old “Bad Liar” singer dished.
TJ tried to get her to go into more details, since rumors have exploded about a collab after producer Max Martin listed Selena‘s upcoming single “In Her Element” as “(featuring The Weeknd),” as Teen Vogue reports.
“I can’t give those people what they want,” Selena said. “I’m sorry, and it’s not true.”
